If you don’t mind doing a little driving and you feel like getting out of Orange County for a surf session next weekend, then check this out.  Volcom is holding the second stop of the Volcom Totally Crustaceous Surf Tour, Seaslug Surf Series next weekend in Manhattan Beach.

If you’re an amateur or professional competitor these events always bring out lots of rippers from up and down the California coast.  And best of all it’s FREE, but on a first come first serve basis.

Divisions include: Pro/Am which is open to all surfers, Juniors, Groms and Girls.  The winner of the Pro/Am division will take home $500 cash and the finalists in all the other divisions will walk away with lots of prizes.

Meanwhile, one surfer who can pull off the most radical “Move of the Day” will pocket $50 cash.  For more info. go to volcom.com or call (949) 646-2175 ext. 6302

When:Saturday, December 5th

Where: El Porto, Manhattan Beach
