This is kind of random - and fortunately not tragic. A small boat washed ashore at Bolsa Chica State Beach earlier this afternoon, with no one on it.

The fisherman who fell off was pretty lucky, and was picked up by another sailor out at sea, according to lifeguard Ryan Gates.
