If you want to watch some good surfing or take part in a fun event there’s a cool contest happening in Laguna Beach this Saturday May 23, at Thalia Street.

Laguna Surf and Sport is holding it’s 8th annual Spring Fever Surfabout competition. 

This event is always packed with lots of friends and family hanging out on the beach. 

There are divisions for all skill levels and a pro division with some big bucks up for grabs.

The contest is set to start at 7 a.m and every competitor will get a limited edition contest t-shirt.  Entries are $30 for all amateur divisions and $50 for the pros.
