Good Tuesday morning surfers. Well it’s definitely not as stormy as yesterday, but we’re dealing with a lumpy and bumpy surface at many spots. We’ve got a continued combination of decent size west northwest swell and some lingering south windswell.
That recipe is making for some crumbly broken up lines with most of the shoulders fading quickly. Most OC beaches are running about waist to chest high with the focal points pulling shoulder high waves with some occasional head high sets.
At 11:24 this morning the tide drops to a 0.7 low and then doesn’t push back up to a 4.5 high until 4:17 early Wednesday morning. If you’re gonna get wet, throw on the 4/3 fullsuit and maybe the booties with the water temp averaging between 54 and 56 degrees.
