Surf champ Kelly Slater to sign books in LA

If you’ve ever wanted to get close up to surfing god Kelly Slater, and you’re willing to make a bit of a drive, you’ll have the chance next week.
Slater will be signing copies of the new book “For the Love” at the Santa Monica Promenade, one of three appearances at Quiksilver stores. The only other signings are in New York.
You’ll have to get in line early to get a signature from the nine-time world champion, only the first 200 people will get autographs. Check out this site for more info: www.quiksilver.com/forthelove
