Surf Report 9-21-08

Good Sunday morning surf addicts.  Well it’s continuing to drop in size, but you can still find plenty of playful waves, especially at the more exposed beachbreaks.

It’s pretty clean and glassy with a mix of some decent south southwest swell and minor west northwest energy.  That recipe is making for some fast fairly broken up lines with a few good sections to grab.

Most OC beaches are running about knee to stomach high with the top spots pulling chest high waves with a few shoulder high plus sets.

At 6:42 a.m the tide dropped to three feet and then climbs up to a 5.5 high at 2:03 this afternoon.  If you’re gonna grab a session, break out a thin fullsuit with that water temp still hanging on the cool side between 62 and 65 degrees.

Have fun out there!!
