If you love grabbing a session at Trestles then you will definitely want to show up and make your voice heard on Monday September 22nd. The threat of the famous surf spot being ruined by a toll road extension is still up in the air. The Department of Commerce will hear from the general public, but they won’t be making a decision next Monday. The DoC will return to Washington D.C. where they will report to the Secretary of Commerce. He will then make a decision and respond to the Transportation Corridor Agency before the end of November. The SAVE TRESTLES Hearing is taking place in San Diego at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in O’brien Hall starting at 10:30 a.m until 8:30 p.m. The address is 2260 Jimmy Durante Boulevard Del Mar, Ca. 92014.
