Surfing book signing and lunch at Nalu’s

Nalu’s Island Grill is presenting a book signing for pro surfing fans at lunch time on Friday.

Author Jim Kempton will be selling and signing his new book “Surfing the Manual: Advanced” from Noon to 3 p.m. at the Nalu’s in Irvine. The book is an explainer on how pro surfing works and how fans can get more out of it.

The book is $35 and proceeds will go to the U.S. surfing Team.

Nalu’s Island Grill Irvine is located at 6741 Quail Hill Parkway, Irvine.
