The Life Rolls On Foundation can pick up an extra $10,000 from the Gap if their video gets enough votes in a new online contest.

For those who know Jessie Billauer from his U.S. Open of Surfing exhibitions, his foundation raises money to provide surfing opportunities for those with spinal cord injuries.

A session on August 16 was captured on video by Gap volunteers who were helping out that day at Bolsa Chica. The two-minute video is currently the top vote getter on pressplayatgap.com. Voting began on Aug. 31 and closes on Sept. 6.
 

“I’ve been surfing for over 30 years and I’ve never seen anything like this,” said volunteer Kirk Spurlock during the video.  “People have more happiness on one wave than I can have in a lifetime.”
