Tropical storm to bring big waves to Orange County

The first tropical storm of the year is expected to hit Southern California next week, building late Monday and peaking Tuesday, said Sean Collins, chief forecaster for Surfline.com
Tropical storm Boris is expeced to bring head high sets, with some bigger at the best SSE exposed areas, Collins said.
