San Clemente takes home Red Bull surf contest

Check out this story and really amazing photo slideshow of the Red Bull Riders Cup, pulled together by Sun Post News reporter Fred Swegles. 
San Clemente High took home the win at the contest - held at the Huntington Beach pier over the past few days. The contest pits 33 schools from various regions against each other, with the winners from each area to compete June 14- 15 in San Onofre.
Swegles said surfers were seeing lightning in the area. Big thanks to Swegles for sticking out the rain to get these amazing surf shots!
