Laguna Beaches now open after sewage spill

Laguna Beach is now totally clear for surfers, divers and swimmers to get back in the water.
Several areas of coastline were closed by the Orange County Health Agency after a major sewage spill - about 40,000 gallons - shut down parts of Coast Highway and local beaches.

Gross.

The health agency lifted the restrictions at about 9:30 a.m. today. I’d still stay out for a while.
