If memory serves me correctly, I believe there was a man who used to do landscaping in the Laguna Beach area who also raised goats. I remember his name, kind of an old hippie. He lived in the Sleepy Hallow area and had a brother with a history of violence, and mental unstability. Could be the possible culprit…

We have an attorney originally from New York who runs around LB City Council Chambers like a chicken with its head cut off, maybe he chased an ambulance into the surf and in “Discovery” phase realized he can’t swim. Perhaps the LBPD should knock on the door of his spiderhole and see if he’s alive.
