Four-time women’s world champ and surfing icon Lisa Andersen will be signing copies of her new biography “Fearlessness” tonight, according to Quiksilver.

Andersen, the transplanted Floridian who now lives in Orange County and leads a new generation of women’s surfers as Roxy’s brand ambassador, will sign a limited amount of pre-release copies of the book at 7 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble store in Bella Terra mall in Huntington Beach.

The woman who revolutionized women’s surfing and became the face that sold a billion boardshorts is finally seeing her bio, a breezy 165 pager written by esteemed surf writer Nick Carroll, appear after years in the making. Now, for that movie bio.

Copies of “Fearlessness” are $24.95. Andersen will embark on a national book signing tour in November. The book is due to be released Nov. 1.
