So what if the sea lion took the guys bait? Anyone who fishes knows that they are going to lose their bait half the time. My boyfriend and myself go fishing all the time and I can't count how many times we lost the bait. So he don't get mad when the fish takes the bait? He hurt this animal all because he was pissed he couldn't catch anything so he saw the chance to take his anger out on a poor sea lion. Should we go ahead and start stabbing people when they steal food to feed themselves? Of course not so why take it out on any animal just looking for something to eat? So he went after it. That's the law of the jungle, folks. Humans 1, sea lions 0. It's the world you help support every time you buy a big mac or flush a roll of toilet paper down the sink.
